Trump has a HUGE ego. By creating a couple of "missteps", he can say "We would have won EXCEPT for this or that. We were ahead until then" and I think that's a big deal to him.

There are still 3 debates left where the media can't warp Trump's message to the people and we all know Trump won every debate he was in. He'll cream Hillary in the debates like he did 16 Republicans.

Also Hillary has more scandals waiting in the wings.... Those 30,000 deleted 'personal' emails are going to be the October surprise.

For Trump to win, he needs to STFU. Fighting with the father of a dead soldier, "suggesting" that Hillary should be shot. Both very stupid. Of course, the Republican primaries had small dick jokes and Trump won so he probably doesn't know any better.
