Sarcasm usually connotes irony. Is Trump actually saying that Obama had nothing to do with ISIS forming?

I'm hearing a lot of people saying it's true. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, you tell me. But a lot of people are saying that Trump donates to NAMBLA.

It's not true, OBVIOUSLY!!! But maybe Trump will show his tax returns when Hillary shows the missing 30,000 'personal' emails and the Goldman Sachs transcripts from her speech there.

I'm no Hillary fan, but how is that her fault? She may bear some of the blame, but so do a lot of others.
