Overall that was a pretty strong trade.  I like Bret's end of it, as it makes him as much of a threat as he's ever been in this world.  Not as crazy about the prospects he'spicking up, but for the cost of a decent but not CY Youngish potential SP prospect, he got a nice CF. 

It's a good pitching prospect, who could fit into the middle of the rotation down the line for me. And a gold glove SS.

I gave up some talent, but it'll be fine. I honestly have a dozen more guys in the minors just like that. Maybe even better. So to me it wasn't that big of an expense to get some talented players in the future where I hadn't already procured depth.

So if anyone is looking for a deal where they move a high end prospect for several very good ones, I'm the guy.

I didnt focus much on the SS, but yeah, the pitcher is good.  Had I seen him in last seasons draft, Id have been hard pressed not to rate him higher than the 3B I picked

Absent people being interested in the two prospects I listed yesterday, I'm pretty much in the no-trade zone for now.  No reason to trade any ML talent, and those are probably the only prospects of any trade value I've got.

Yeah, I forgot about him.  Not great trade bait though, as I think I'd value him more than anyone else, probably by a long shot.

I feel I probably value him at least similarly to you, although I'm pretty stocked with mid level catching prospects

He should be really good on defense down the line. I know my projections for him are off, but looking where he is now and how much room he has to grow, he'll be very good.

There are really not that many hitting prospects out there.
