Shtickless - Unless Being Dead Is A Shtick Topic

In retrospect, I should have given myself more payroll space to beef up the pitching staff.

Hopefully, the Dramas can just keep outscoring people.

I know you're okay with it, and that is why you will fail.

Also, starting your 2nd season doesn't = long time.
I pay my ML coaches more than most teams. I have the best of the best - and that helps development - does it slow decline as well?

This is not true at all.  The last 4 seasons you had budgeted +1 million over average, -1 million, +1 million over average and exactly average (not necessarily in that order).  You pretty much pay exactly average dumbass...

Also, this doesn't really affect decline at all.

In the four seasons before that, you budgeted exactly even three times and one million dollars below once.

Best of the best? Your hitting coach had one of the worst hitting IQs and your PC was middle of the road last year.

I love it when you are so determined to prove that you are not an idiot, you either completely make stuff up or jump on a completely useless statistic in hopes that we are as stupid as you and will be swayed by that.

ugh! break down the actual ML coaches you idiot. stop using worthless stats like coaching budget

My coaches keep re-signing. My Pitching Coach (top 2) is getting paid $3 mil ths season, My Bench Coach like $2.5. My hitting coach is average, young abut getting better. Only a 75 Hitting.

Where does coach's player development end and player decline due to training budget begin?

Moy, you sort of have a point there...except you're the one who put it in terms of pay.

You said coaches dumbass....  you also said you pay more, not that they were better.  Also, your ML bench coach does absolutely nothing and is the most useless position in the coaching hierarchy.

Your pitching coach is slightly below average in IQ and patience...  the only two that matter.  Your hitting coach flatout sucks.
