Rossy isn't a perfect fit for me, but definitely upgrades the rotation.  Seems like a fairly strong 3.

He is a strong 3 for a lot of teams...  he is an ace for your typical staff though.

The downside is that Kent Sheldon will have to come up to the bigs and get some time at 3B.  Against lefties I can D up, playing Cook at SS and moving GMac to 3B, but against righties I'm in a bit of a bind.

Yeah, I meant big picture.  I have no problem with Purcell/Rossy/Black/Friend/Roth as a rotation, especially given the talent in my lineup.

I love the chain reaction for my pitching staff.  Rowand moves to LR, and whoever isn't getting it done between Roth/Friend can go to the spot-starter/LR role.
