Based on the people complaining, I think the guy getting Ward/Boldin.

The bulk of them are in the same division as him.

The only compelling point is that the guy shipping off Ward/Boldin is 0-8 and the other guy is 5-3.

i'd rather have Wallace than Ward, especially in a keeper league (?), same with Flacco vs Fitzpatrick

So the 0-8 guy is shipping out a good-but-not-great Boldin, the solid but fungible Ward, and a currently hot Fitzpatrick, for four lottery tickets who are various degrees of undervalued or underperforming.

It's still not vetoable. Call their bluffs. If nearly half the owners in the league think that's a deal worth killing the league over, the league deserves to die.

No keeper, but like I said, I did not think it was vetoable anyway.  Floyd is money when healthy, Wallace has been nice since Rapelithsberger came back.  Lynch is trash and Flacco and Fitzpatrick are roughly the same production wise.  Lynch is trash.  Ward is useful because it is PPR and Boldin is good when healthy.

I think people are still obsessing over names partially.

Yeah, I will post something tonight.  Shame that after 9 years or however long it has been that they want to get so worked up about it.

Honestly, I think you should take a hard line and overrule the veto.  Say "nothing personal, but the league will suffer if we allow this kind of vetoing."  Put the trade through.  If the league dies it dies, but taking aggressive control of the situation will probably calm things down, or at least shift the anger toward you, at which point you say, "This topic is closed and the trade is enforced.  If you'd like to boot me as commissioner, feel free to call a vote on that, as your sandy vaginii are really ruining my early November buzz."

Well, one person did quit, but he was the main person that was sort of a problem in the league anyway...  so no real loss.

And he is replaced from a cool dude from work.

Looks like the league ended up ahead in this one.
