The last two pages don't do me a lot of favors in the not sounding like a hipster/hippie/metrosexual hybrid department.

I need to step my regular dude game up.
You really bridge an odd gap, there. Muskerman.
I can't explain it.

You would think so, but after the first couple of weeks it isn't like that.

I am a heavy sweater and was really hesitant to try it.  I will give a quick wash to the money parts (pits, groin and feet) after a workout but don't worry about the other places.  I wear deodorant (aluminum free, no aluminum) and make sure I don't smell.  Once your body stops overproducing oils it makes worlds of difference.
Wait, I'm not sure I understand.  Does your deodorant have aluminum in it?
Weak.

I mean no antiperspirant/aluminum
I find that antiperspirants do not subdue my perspiration, but regular deodorant does.  Does that mean I have sweat gland cancer?

They'd pretty much have to convince me that showering regularly causes Super-AIDS to get me to cut back.  I need a shower to wake up, and there's no way I'm not showering after working out.  So that's a 9 per week minimum right there.  Not Welshy, but it works for me.
Your body is displeased.

Or that I'm already like super aluminumized?

Certainly, but if that's on the list of its complaints, I'm sure it's not on the first page.

Regardless, I haven't used antiperspirant for like a decade, so by the robusk lifestyle guidelines, I may just live forever.

it probably means that you have the potential to be a regular guy/hipster/hippie/metrosexual hybrid too if you wanted

TM and bot are cracking me up at robusk's expense.

Robusk only eats bread made from wheat grown on secluded farms that employ only left-handed persons and are located in socialist countries the names of which contain three or more vowels.

I think there's a weight limit though.

Mayhaps, but I'm pretty sure that the hybrid class makes exceptions for aspiring stay at home husbands

I try to sync my working out with my showers, so I don't usually have more than one a day. I will also sometimes do a workout/shower at night before going into work early. Then I can just do a quick whore's bath and leave for work to get their as early as possible.

Flex time is nice. I'm done exactly 8 1/2 hours from when I clock in, so expediting the morning routines means I get to go home earlier.

I go to the gym first thing in the morning, so I combine my morning and post workout shower.
