Pretty sure one is Profit Sharing, and the other is Restricted Stock.  If thats true, then its all about what type of funds you're 401k is investing in.

Hmm....  they are telling me to pick which one I want and the explanation is confusing..  Currently, I have the ability to pick styles and percentages of investments I make, although I don't pick specific stocks (except company ones), I decide the amount and types (bonds, small stocks, monies, etc).  Which one is that?

They probably both allow you to do that, though the PSP also would allow you to share in company profits.  It really depends on how your company chose to set it up.  Stop being lazy and re-read the plan documents.
