Walters is definitely a nice get at #13, but Wallace was the best position player I saw in the draft, and I don't that it's all that close. You might be able to make an argument for the C pimp took because of how good he is defensively, but he won't hit much against righties, and Wallace is a Philip May clone offensively, who can play 2B/CF. I didn't see the SS Murph got or the 1B Nellie picked.

15 is right about where I had him ranked - I show him with a very mediocre vR, and slightly below average range for 2B.

obviously part of my problem was having a lot in college scouting, almost none in HS, and happening to get a HS player

Yeah, the big difference in my projections is the D. Your projections would make him an outstanding defensive 2B or a very solid CF, mine make him an adequate at best 2B. I also have his vR in the 50s.

I had Wallace in the top 10, the OF that Patrick got, and the Catcher Pimp got were higher up on the board for me, as well as Brace Johnson.  The draft had a lot of strong pitchers.

Like I said, I can see the argument for the C, and I'm not surprised you would have him rated more highly because you put a premium on his skill set, but I wouldn't take the LF over Wallace, and we must differ somewhere with projections on either Wallace or Brace Johnson, because I have Wallace being as good or better at almost literally everything.

I don't know, VD.  The 51's have the Robusk Seal of Awfulness, and your boys aren't matching up with them.
There are 8 decent to solid players on that team.

I probably overstepped.  Not awful, but certainly not good.
Was the 8 a legit count or an estimate.  If it was your real count I'm going to try and guess which 8.

Reviewing my slotting, Im not exactly sure why I moved Brace over Bruce, maybe Durability and Health?  Other than that, they project to be fairly similar players to Max Cedeno
