Like I said, I can see the argument for the C, and I'm not surprised you would have him rated more highly because you put a premium on his skill set, but I wouldn't take the LF over Wallace, and we must differ somewhere with projections on either Wallace or Brace Johnson, because I have Wallace being as good or better at almost literally everything.

Reviewing my slotting, Im not exactly sure why I moved Brace over Bruce, maybe Durability and Health?  Other than that, they project to be fairly similar players to Max Cedeno

Johnson does have the advantages in those areas, but Wallace isn' t weak in either, so I don't see it as anything to differentiate. The only skill where Johnson has an edge is baserunning, and IMO that's nowhere near enough to compensate for Wallace's defensive edge, and the fact that Wallace is a switch hitter will mean they aren't as close offensively as their ratings appear at the surface.
Yep
I could not see Wallace, I had Brace rated #1 on my board.  But I put a big premium on speed and baserunning.  Brace Johnson's defensive skills likely make him a Left Fielder, but a premium base stealer and base runner who can consistantly score 100+ runs per season.

Every time I look at that Sheets/Duran thing, I go back and forth on which positions they should play.
Duran at 3rd and Sheets at 2nd.
Yeah, I know that's how most would do it, but I'm trying out a theory.  Want to get at least a half season of this approach, and then, in all likelihood will change it up.
You are probably better off not trusting your theories.

I really only value baserunning when my team sucks.  Once I have good hitters, I crank it way down.

I'm not trusting it.  I'm trying it out.  Try to keep up.

Any one here ever heard of a freegan?  I guess I saw some at a nearby diner a couple of times this summer, but they have moved on for the winter.

for what i had in scouting, i'm pleased. especially the P i got at 50
It was a pretty decent draft.
I couuld not see 12 of the players that were picked ahead of me.  I guess I need to boost my scouting back up.

I can't imagine ever going below "average" in the baserunning settings.

I did it for a long time in HR and scored a shitload of runs.

I would guess tisi keeps his probably at a 1.

Where has he been lately by the way?

I value good baserunning.  But I guess that is the result of growing up a Cardinal fan in the Whitey Herzog era.

Can someone post the ratings for my 1st pick in the draft?  I want to see how close my projections are...
