I assume you mean 16 DUR

He may be useful as a #5 with those pitches but I wouldn't get too excited about him.

I am hoping I can make this rotation work in Minor leagues.  It is more ambitious than the one I tried there last year.

It averages 85 CT/73 vL/81 vR...  but only 19 DUR and 66 STA.  5 man rotation.

I will probably use mostly 70 Min PC and 80 Max PC plus or minus.  Should get good innings but the bullpen will be picking up the bulk of those wins I imagine.

That or I could try to tandem it...  but when the whole staff is low on DUR, that is a pain in the ***.

Yeah, 5th starter, long releif is about where I figure he'd max out.  For the 77th overall selection, he seems interesting enough.  At the least he will be an interesting Pitch Quality vs Split experiment

If he had better velocity and control, he would be really good.

True, although then he likely wouldn't have lasted all the way into the second round

i offered it.  I needed to move him and nobody inquired except Bret and Robusk.  And i'm not trading him in the division.

I have a near identical prospect that I drafted last year that should be ready in 2/3 seasons to replace Pepe and this year has gone to crap
