Thanks, yeah summers are going to be brutal, but thats what ACs are for.  We picked Florida and Tampa because there are a lot of jobs, and a great cost of living, especially compared to what Im paying out in NY

I'm not a Moylan, I've just been offered a role which is actually a promotion for me, at a company down there.  Net net its should mean more money, and better lifestyle overall. 
Hey now.... my wife just got a huge promotion. My quality of life is improving.
