This **** is like Weekend at Bernie's.  He needed a three month house sitter for his pseudo-mansion at the same time my lease was ending and I was looking for a place to live.  ******* baller.

The gym on the first floor is awesome.  I am trying to talk myself out of getting high and utilizing the woodshop.

Having no bills other than a $77 phone bill for three months is clearly the best part.  Seeing 100 pictures of your girlfriend before she hit puberty is the worst so far.
