Nice work by Liverpool getting 50 million for him, but spending 49 combined for Charlie Adam and Andy Carroll is ridiculous.
He hasn't been the same since before the injury before the World Cup, but if he can return to form, which he has shown signs of after Dalglish took over, he's one of the top strikers in the world...

It's a combination of two things. I'll say it's 65% me not giving a **** about that team. I have never been that active with it, and don't pay as much attention to the league in general.

The other facet might just be the league's salary cap has a lot more teams who budget similarly to what I do, and employ a similar strategy. So the manner in which I accumulate talent through good drafts and compensatory picks doesn't really happen when most the league is heavily invested in amateur scouting. Without the leverage of just drafting better, I probably would have to work harder or try a new approach to free agency. But I'm lazy.

Huh?  Division has nothing to do with your record.  Everyone in your league plays virtually the same record save interleague games.

The international market has been abysmal for a long time there too.

Meh...  he looks better but that team has been such a mess on the back end that people are rushing forward and he has had more isolation.  Odd circumstances and small sample size.

He is also an awful fit on Chelsea.

Chelsea fans are garbage human beings by the way.
