You can't really be serious, can you? Are you citing IMDB as a news source? Not even something IMDB says, but the fact that it doesn't say something? Do you really think that everything you see in a movie based on actual events is exactly as it happened in real life? You know there is a difference between factual errors and creative license, right? Why do I even bother?

I am not using it alone as evidence. It is just another part of the puzzle.

Here is a sight that found a minor issue with the way an officer was portrayed. Yet no mention of the civilians.

I have seen nothing supporting the other side except for 1 article. And logic arguments.

I have presented at least as much in support of my claim.

And again this is the story I always heard. It never struck  me as odd. It made perfect sense.

Another support piece. The 1975 movie about the incident. IMDB lists a technical error, that one of the officers that killed him wasnt portrayed properly. Didnt make any mention of any other problems. The movie makes a big deal out of the citizens. No mention that this is made up.

I am standing by my version of history. Wiki, Trutv and IMDB vs Time!
Wow.   It's a movie.  Remember when Kevin Costner played baseball with Shoeless Joe Jackson?  That was great!  I wish I could play baseball against those guys.  I'm gonna buy a cornfield in Iowa and turn it into a baseball field!!!!

There is a section in IMDB for errors. Under this movie there is a mention that an officer was portrayed wrong. As in someone noticed a factual error.

Try to catch up. I am not using this as my only evidence. This is just one more brick on the pile.

That other pile is looking a little skimpy!

Wiki, TruTV and a made for TV movie is not evidence. 

I've decided that you're just playing a role.  No way can you be as dumb as you're pretending.   Good job.  You keep this going a lot longer than it should have.

Why dont you try to address an issue, instead of just screaming that the other person is wrong in an increasing louder voice. The fact that you dont "Feel" that my story is right isnt exactly a basis of an argument.

The single Time Magazine article that never really addresses the issue, just doesnt mention it is evidence in your opinion?

The Wikipedia article, Trutv article and a Movie based on the event, all saying exactly what I said independent of each other, is not evidence?

I think I built a prima facia circumstantial case. Care to argue the fact?

Do you not understand that Time Magazine is actually a news source and everything you list isn't?  I'm not even saying your right or wrong here, but is it too much to cite a credible source? A newspaper article from the Austin paper, a police report...something more than wikipedia and a movie of the week?
