durability actually matters in a WIS sim? wow.

I haven't played it, but it sounds like you can just keep trying to lay stuff until something sticks, which makes it sound pretty awful.

Watched Mystery Team last night, perfect amount of corny.

It is ******* painful to participate in forum drafts with non-SHoFers.  Trying to do a baseball progressive and we get five picks a day.  ******* a little in the forum but those guys aren't changing and I don't want to be too much of a loudmouth in a new league (I have also never done a baseball progressive before).

Still, this draft is 33 rounds...  it is going to take months.  Ending the first week and we are only halfway done with the second round.  They refuse to use proxies because they don't want to tip their hand.  They keep saying how much "research" they have to do.  I compiled all the WiS numbers from the spreadsheet into a filtered pivot table...  it takes like 30 minutes and then I never have to go search **** again.  These old timers need to get with the program.

That is all for this random rant.

Rob and Marc were talking about one of those drafts over the weekend and just half-listening hurt my brain.

Probably the same one...  they are both in this one and Rob is running it.

I haven't played fantasy baseball in like 7 years.  Nobody I know around here plays.

I would like to get into one of the complicated dynasty ones one of these days.

So TM, what is your O/U on the date of Utley's first game this year?

After the "progressing" comment yesterday, I'll say May 1, but I think I'm being overly optimistic.

I'm only in two leagues right now.  Seems crazy to me, but I might just stick with that this year.
