Well, not really.   They actually do jobs that lazy Americans won't do.  And, as long as we allow people to live off unemployment and welfare for most of their lives, there's no reason for them to do those jobs.     What's easier?  PIcking berries in 100 degree heat for $8 a hour or walking to the mailbox and picking up your $300 check?

They could get rid of the immigration problem by making it a felony to hire illegal aliens. Give employers 60 days to get rid of the illegal aliens they hired. After that it is a felony that you cannot plea bargain down. See how quickly it is no longer a problem. Of Course, they don't have the guts to pass something like that!!

Really. How is this going to be enforced? They passed a law in Arizonia that said that if a police officer suspected someone was an illegal you had to follow up on it and the left flipped! How are you going to enforce this in thousands of low end jobs?

Well Mr Wise answer the question?

Reality is we need to secure the borders and end sanctuary cities.

And stop giving free medical, schools and general assistance to illegals.

Some of them have fake ids. Lets put some honest business men in jail and let all the illegals get free credit cards!

They would hardly be honest businessmen, they would be felons. To answer your previous question, we would be taking away the illegals reason for being here.....a job. When you put 2or 3 of these people who are giving out jobs to known illegals in jail there will no longer be a great need to enforce it. They will be too scared to hire illegals. Downside is that these business men must now pay a lazy American $22 a hour when he was paying $8 an hour.    I wonder how that additional expense can and will be covered?

Again how are you going track them?

If a law that has police ask possible illegals for ID is racist, how are you going to find illegals working?

And again are fake IDs going to now be cause to throw a man in jail?

Make the law, no one cares. It doesnt solve the problem!

They have to have green cards, don't they! Don't you think immigration can go to work places. Like I said, once employers know they mean business they wouldn't be employed. It would solve a lot of the problem.
