If you are getting $15 worth of work for $20 they are not profitable.

It still isnt the same thing.

Deciding to pay someone more than they are producing does not make the less productive.

Anyway, you've gotten me off topic.   The American worker is overpaid and underproductive.  That's why immigrants pick berries for $8 an hour and we sit around on our fat ***** and say "There ain't no jobs" while swilling cheap beer or smoking a blunt. 

We'd be a lot better off as a country if people were willing to work for their pay.

You define them as two seperate issues. You can be productive and overpaid. You can be underproductive and underpaid.

Raising a persons wage does not increase their productivity.

So maybe this is an issue of how we define words.

I define productivity as the amount of work a person does in an hour. If they are being treated poorly relative to the people around them they will produce less and if you treat them better they will produce more.

Workers in America, Japan, Germany and Italy in similar fields are treated in a similar way. We are more productive.

That's what I've been waiting for.    The amount of work done has virtually nothing to do with GNP per worker.    You have refuted your report. 

And my African momma busting her *** to feed her family is a hard worker despite producing ZERO cash flow.

Your African mama is off the charts. She cannot work in a normal work enviroment. She is not educated enough to hold any modern job.

Among modern socities Americans are most productive!

And again you are still trying to argue your way out of this...Show me any data to support your side?

I will fight the myth that American workers are not productive with my last breath.
