So maybe we have a definition problem. I would assume that when you say a person would abandon someone for 50 cents (and I assume you mean currency and not the rapper) that it means you think these are bad people.

You may apply a standard to the specific word hate, but you dislike Conservatives!

They would throw people out in the street if it would put a dollar in their pocket! How is that?

Define "people".

Because of your definition of "people" is this: "The lazy bastard who sits around stoned all day saying "There ain't no jobs" after walking past a dozen HELP WANTED signs on his way to pick up his unemployment check while making a quick stop at his dealer for a bag of dope", I'd have no problem throwing him out on the street with the rest of the trash.

"Those people" that you just described are generally already on the street!

When their unemployment runs  out they will be.

As far as the "You people" comment, if you have similar thoughts as swamp then you are one of "you people." If not then you are not.

I agree with swampy when he's right.  Which isn't often.

But I have no problem tossing lazy ***** out on the street.  

I'd love to see drug tests for anyone who benefits from a social program.  The money saved would fix the national debt in a couple of years.

And of course the drug testing will not be used for criminal prosecutions.

It is just a part of the application process to continue government welefare.
