How to use a low durability pitcher Topic

Hey I was wondering if anyone could give advice on how to use a pitcher with low durability (5 in it) the pitcher has a 60 in health and 59 in stamina. Thanks

LOW PITCH count!  The smaller the count, the more often you can use him.  I would say good for about 40 innings or so a year..  I used Reagan Bullinger for a couple seasons.

Disagree, but there is dissenting opinion on whether to get more innings, less appearances, or less innings, more appearances.

To me, more innings is best, so you start him.

That is the best discussion on it, IMO.

All I see is a bunch of DIAH posts and no Boogerlips posts, so it can't be the best discussion.

Set his pitch count to 75 (59*1.3) and throw him as soon as he's 100% to get the most innings out of him. If you want the fewest innings possible then do what Alf said.

No MikeT23 post so I don't think the thread even exists.

Trade him to somebody like DIAH who thinks he knows how to use him.

I'd set him up as a SUA and make the 9th inning his inning. No point using him as a starter every 15 games just to squeeze  out 5 extra IP'd
