Exactly!  After all this time, it is great to see any resources dedicated to the game. It had seemed like we were destined to eventually log in here one day and get a message that the game had been shut down.

Made a common software design error. About 1 man in 11 is red/green colorblind. If 3 colors is the limit, better to replace red or green with blue or black.

My eyesight isn't what it once was.   Maybe they could make giant letters to help us older folks?

I was obviously being facetious but if you replace red with blue/black, it will be easy to mistake the tiny dot for green.    And I'm sure some don't see a big difference between red/orange.    IOW, if you fall in that 9%, you only have two options instead of three.   But that's two more options than you had 2 hours ago.

Can you see other dots on other teams pages? IE - I'm making a trade, any green dot is traceable. Red dots don't ask.

By no stretch was I complaining... and I'm as happy as anyone to see a renewed interest in the game.  I just think that there are other, larger opportunities which might carry a greater benefit in prolonging the game's lifespan. I'd like to see it evolve with the times.

As a long-time user, I'm sure you got the survey they sent out a few weeks ago.   That would have been a perfect opportunity to make suggestions.


Anyway, here's my point:    WifS hasn't done anthing in a long time for HBD(or their other games I assume).   They do and we complain.   Johnny Newuser sees it and immediately thinks "Yeah, sounds like this is just fluff.  The old users seem to think they'll just revert back to ignoring the games again.   Seems like they've seen this before."

IOW, I think all of us would like to see new users come in and invigorate some of the games.   But we step on our dicks in the forums constantly by complaining about damn near everything.   If I were new and joined a site, I'd be turned off if the vast majority of the current users were griping.  ESPECIALLY if they were griping about updates.

I'm just being a jerk.  I don't have a problem with any color combo.   I was just pointing out that it was something stupid to gripe about.

Maybe shapes.   Square, circle, star?

It looks like there's a problem on the GM page where it won't display players with their projected ratings. Regardless of whether I choose Current Ratings or Projected Ratings, it only displays the current ones. I'm using Chrome. Not sure if I need to clear my browser history, or if everyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Saw your post, and checked one of my teams on my browser (Firefox).  I'm experiencing the same problem.

You should open a ticket.
