A guy who is able to reject a trade will do so right away, correct?

If he rejects, then I (initiating the offer) will not see the trade as accepted, correct?

If you're trying to trade a NTC guy, it's immediate.

Was trading for him, Mike. Trade is recorded as Accepted, now up for GM review. I'm just making sure that "Accepted" means that both the other GM AND the player has done so.

I have another trade waiting on the acceptance of this one.

He has a NTC. They won 95 games last year, I won 94.

If it's "Accepted", then it the player and the other owner have agreed to the trade. The only way it won't go through is if the trade is vetoed, or if something else happens that nullifies the deal (injury, budget issue, etc.).
