Another Draft and Compensation Question Topic

I have the #1 and #6 picks in an upcoming draft, and the #1 pick is going to a certain player, but i have a question about the #6. I Really like a player that i think i could get at that slot but i got that pick from comp from an unsigned last season. The question is, if i risk it on this player, will i get comp'd again or am I SOL? This is a probably wont sign guy which is why i am asking

Thanks

Not sure about Type D.  You will not get a comp. pick for Type  A or Type B unsigned picks, so I would assume you would not get one for Type D unsigned picks, but thats just an assumption.

Type D's are one time only. So you cannot get another type D for an unsigned type D.

Okay then the question is do i risk it?

The guy i feel like i have to take #1 overall had STA:77  DUR:32 CONT:90  Splits:98/89  GB/FB:79  Pitches: 96, 73, 62, 33, 45. (Projected w/ 16mil budgeted for scouting)

Then the guy i may risk it on is a 83/86/72/90/73 hitter that says probably wont sign and has an agent thats not his mom...

Or the safe route is a P that i could prolly get that is has these numbers with a durability of 28, not sure what i should do.

do you get comp. pick for a sandwich pick that doesn't want to sign?

First pitcher is a lefty, Position player is a RF that bats lefty, second pitcher is a righty.

Makeup of first pitcher is a 77, 84 for the RF, and 90 for the second pitcher

All 18 years old

radek-- no compensation for any compensation pick, A, B, or D.
morneau-- assuming the ratings you gave are all the red ratings starting with ST first, he's good enough for the #6 pick, and I'd choose him over risking losing the pick altogether with the RF.

i'd take the second pitcher over the right fielder as well, given the signability issues...you hate to leave a 6th overall pick on the table
