Sending Tickets Topic

Seems that it's impossible today.    Where the "Send" usually is, there's a "Next".   Hit it and the message disappears but no ticket is created.   Or is it just me?  I haven't sent a ticket since the new forums were created.  Did something change?

Something changed.

I just did a ticket this morning. When you hit next, it shows you a bunch of K-Base articles that it thinks may address your question. I believe if you scroll to the bottom of that page, it still gives you the option to "Submit Ticket".

It's annoying.

tecs right. I screwed one up Friday that didnt go, it listed all kinds of completely unrelated articles, I never scrolled down to confirm.

Site staff is still reactionary. Someone calls names, they have a tsk message. Someone cries that their trade was vetoed, they have another tsk message. No research at all, it would seem. Maybe the extra hoops are to have their staff even do less to police their game.

I would hope that they arent spending much time on the "my trade was vetoed" tickets. Those should get a canned response. They are pretty efficient with the tickets to replace owners. That almost always happens within a few hours in my experience.
