I'm just wondering if when a league rolls over and a player who has a player option is on the FA report list, has he already declined his option to stay?

I assume that means that if a player is still listed on your roster after rollover he has declined his player option?

No, that would mean he's accepted his player option.

I meant that he has declined his option to opt out of the contract.  Basically, the player processes his option during rollover, it sounds like.
