I think your question is the answer...seeing as 99 is huge compared to 1.  But if you are trying to figure out if 99 means he's a hot head, then yes.

I've always thought the opposite.  0 being ron artest. 100 being the dhali lama

I was of this thinking also.  Always just figured that it'd be silly for the programers to invert 1 rating.

I think there was a forum about this awhile ago that showed that the lower the temper the more times that player is hit by a pitch
