What is the highest demand anyone has seen from an International Free Agent? Who is the best IFA you've ever seen?

The guy who made me think about this is 21, demanding $9.2M, and has the following current ratings (not going to post projected because he is still being bid on):

I don't remember what he was asking, but this is the best IFA I've ever seen.  He ended up costing $26MM

We have an IFA in Upper Deck right now at the end of the season who's projected off the charts.  I'll post when he's claimed, but at least on my board, his predictions are ridiculous on offense.

Can you make note of his initial demands? I understand if you don't want to post them yet, since it could be used to ID him for your World's owners.

He signed for $15.5, initial demands were $4mil.

I think his defense at 2B hurt him, though he'll make a fantastic 1B.  70 durability, but good health and great makeup. He projects at 96 contact, 98 power, 83/81 splits and 72 eye.   Definitely the best offensive IFA I've seen in our world.
