He posted another thread...seemed more like him trying to see if he could do it rather than offer advice.  I'm not sure why he would think he could do it, but he does.

And please- he's 218 games under .500...it would take 12 (and change) seasons averaging 90 wins to hit .500, and I'm not really sure he's going to average 90 wins any time soon.
