I think I'd like to see the criteria for "poorest" city. 

I think it's just based on poverty rate, don't you?

George Lucas is going to convert all six Star Wars movies to 3-D. Brilliant, or Worst. Idea. Ever.?

If that's the case, it's based on total number of people living below the poverty rate and not percentage of people living below the poverty rate. 

I've never seen a Star Wars movie from beginning to end.   I'm afraid I'm indifferent to the whole idea.
