Looking for the list of ballparks and their ratings for HBD. Can some one point me in the right direction or post a link to it. Thanks in advance.

According to this update, Norfolk is now available to be in the South.  That's missing from your post.

Also, you have both Scranton and Pawtucket listed twice.  The first entry for Scranton (North, East) is the correct one.  Not sure about the Pawtucket one.

Does anyone know how these work?  Specifically, I seem to remember from a developers chat or the Sim Leagues that the modifiers for singles affect all hits including extra base hits.  Said another way, Albuquerque with +4 to singles and +1/0 for home runs will generally allow more home runs than Boston with +2 to singles and +1/0 for home runs.   So singles are a modifier for all hits.  Do I have this right?

Yeah, I threw it together in about 10 minutes by copying and pasting available cities and divisions of open public worlds, so I was pretty sure I missed something, but I knew I had to be close.  But I've made the updates that you mentioned.  Thanks!
