I have a 1B who was on my roster from the start of the season.  He got injured and went on to the 60-day DL.  As soon as he was eligible, I re-added him to my big league roster.  And yes, that happened after roster expansions, but should a guy who was on the 25-man before being injured and re-added immediately after not be eligible for the playoffs?

If he was on the 60-day DL he wasn't on your 40-man roster at expansion time.

Sounds like a bug. 

I don't think the intent of the 60-day DL/40-man roster removal is to actually remove him from the 40.  My understanding is that the intent is to temporarily add a 41st spot on the 40.

I'd open a ticket.

+1. In MLB he would be allowed on the playoff roster.

Rookie error guys, thanks.  I didn't realize I could manually adjust the playoff roster.  I thought it was locked in when the season ended.  I was able to add him.
