Trade Rape 101 - jrcpga & Clarkson Topic

Yeah PT, that was way out of line. I mean, outing Richard Simmons as gay??? It's outRAGEOUS!!!!

But yes, in all seriousness, it was too harsh. WAY too harsh. It's not good.

Yeah I get your point but I just want people to realize that Im serious about the game.  Despite what you may think about me on the forums, Im the kind of owner any world would want.

I just love witch hunters. Sounds to me like jrc is smarter than the rest of you, makes fair trades, and has a nice recipe for winning. When the guy who finishes second to him all the time says he's seen trades where jrc gave up too much talent for the prospect, that speaks volumes.
Witch hunter #2 wants both 'parity' and 'competiveness', but you can't have both. Parity is for t-ball. Nobody is any better at the game than anyone else, and the score is always tied. In a healthy competeive world, you'll always have owners who are better at the game than the average joe, and you'll have owners who are always worse. Either step up your game or quit your whinning.
And just so you know, vetoing fair trades is called collusion. If you veto something, you'd better have a darn good reason for it. "He wins too much." is not a good reason. You'll get yourselves kicked out for that crap.

Better be careful booger.  That made too much sense.  The next blog will probably be about you.

I still see the only question about jrc is does he target noobs.  Does he?  Is that really against the rules?  I have to say that targeting noob isn't helpful to a world but not against the rules.  The answer is to veto the trade ONCE, alert the noob to it and than let him make his own decision.

I would really love to know how many of his trades he has actually made with noobs.  Maybe the guy that has so much free time on his hands to write those funny blogs can research that and let us know.  You know because he cares so much about Clarkson.

from the mouth of the guy who got booted for tanking.. and wouldnt leave and had to be removed..

I don't think it really matters who he trades with so long as those trades are fair. An unfair trade between vets is just as wrong as one with noobs. I have yet to read an example of a bad trade. Just a bunch of horses***.

You're fine asfar as Im concerned.. I just couldnt help myself..
cactushead was the one who turned this thread into personal attacks toward you. You stated your opinion on the matter with no reference to him and he then went after you.  In my experience if somebody leads of a comment with 'no offense intended" they're gonna write something thats going to offend someone.

I appreciate that.  When I 1st wrote what I did I was actually asking soxfan (who I am in a couple of worlds with and I like and consider a friend).  And than this guy goes on the attack.  Just wrong.

I have to say that even though Clarkson has taken a bad hit over this, the owners have to get credit for the way they ALL came out 100% against that guy and his blog.  He has certainly lost all credability.  Maybe we should look into booting him out and letting the other guy stay.  That would be justice.

Worlds like that are good for entertainment purposes.

I just feel the need to chime in about jrcpga.  i am in the sandlot with him, and his offers are routinely offensive.  we frequently just veto, but he is a dark cloud in our world, giving us a bad name to new owners.
