After reading some threads on high school vs. college budgets, what are people's thoughts on the actual amt.? Is there any difference in 15M for college compared to 20M? Or 20M in training to 15M? What are owners thoughts?
Every extra M spent increaes the number of players scouted and the accuracy of the ratings. Therefore 20M will get you more players scouted with a greater degree of accuracy than 15M. People will argue about the vagaries of the difference in accuracy, however the difference in the number of actual prospects scouted is mainly the key.
