Do you use platoon players versus lefties spot starting to keep your top players at 100%, or do you just play your best every day?

From experience, I know how many PA a player can get per season and bench him accordingly.   If he rakes LH, I'm not sitting him vs. LH.

On the amateur draft settings for pitchers, there are options for Control L or R, Finesse L or R and Movement L or R.  What does finesse cover?  And aren't control and movement the same thing?

Control is obviously control, movement refers to pitches.  I've never really worried about Finesse because that seems like "Low velocity, high GB" and that's not something I'd care about.

How big of an effect does fatigue play on a players performance? For example, will a player at 97% see such a drop in performance that he needs to be rested even if his replacement is terrible?
