Nobody in NJ WANTS to be in NJ.  Sometimes they don't have a choice.

Not really enough info but it sounds like one of those crap for crap deals where one team is only getting some extra cash.  So, if my assumption is correct, yep.

It hit -28C (which is a who the hell cares what it is in Fahrenheit, it's cold) last night at my home.

Too cold for our pug's paws, and she won't go outside with booties. So, I held her above ground while she did her business.

Wow.  I'm a big animal guy but I'm not sure I'm going that far.  One of my dogs hates the rain.  She'd rather her gut explode than go out to do her business in the rain.   So I'll go outside with her in torrential downpours if I think she's held it too long(she'll go outside if I go with her) but I don't think I'm reaching "hold above ground" levels.
