Here's a guy I used to have:

Pretty similar in skill and stamina/durability. My guy had better durability, your guy is slightly better skill wise. Aside from the 1 real stinker year in season 9, and the poor seasons prior to me acquiring him, he was pretty darn solid for 5 seasons for me, and again for the team that had him last year. I believe I had him at 10/15 for most of his tenure with us.
Just check his performance, if he's getting killed by the 3rd batter in an inning, cut him back to 10/10. Since you can only count on about 30 innings from him, you kind of have to ignore the short term stats on a guy like that. 1 or 2 terrible innings can really turn a stat line scary. If you have a non important series prior to a big series, you may consider putting him on rest to make sure you can get him into a couple of the games in the big series if he's needed.
as others have said, he won't pitch often, but if you use him as a Setup A you can get him 30 innings of high leverage relief. Hopefully you have a couple of quality relievers around him. Ideally he'd be your 3rd or 4th best reliever, so he's not called upon every time he's rested.
