A player of mine was drafted in the rule 5 draft.  I am now being offered back that player.  If I choose to accept him, will I have to put him on my major league roster?

No, but you'll have to pay him the big league minimum salary.

If he was never put on the BL roster by the owner that drafted him, he'll revert to minor league salary.

I believe they announced that was supposed to happen, but I'm not sure it was actually implemented. 

I'll refer you to Ricardo Rodriguez.  Drafted at 11:19pm.  Offered back at 11:22pm.  Accepted back and assigned directly to AAA.  Salary of $327k.

I'm assuming that he wasn't assigned by the drafting team in the 3 minutes between the draft and the offer back.

Hmmmmm......I'd like to produce an example where it reverted back to minor league salary but I can't.  It happened to me but I can't remember which world or when and, after checking transactions from a couple of worlds this season, all are making 327k.

An update after that update may have changed it.   I know the "designate without waivers and remove from 40 without giving other teams an opportunity to claim your player" was removed but it's back.  They still haven't responded to my ticket about that.
