Need advice for who I should pick with 2nd overall Topic

I know I need to draft a starting pitcher but I can't decide which one of these to draft. I need some feedback before I can decide which one to draft. Thanks.

the third one
Disagree. Being that he's only 18 and has a low make up my guess is hes a long way off of those projections. At best his pitches prob end up around 65-60-50-40. Not what I want out of a #2 pick.  Personally, I'd take the second guy over the first guy because I value vR and 4 ML pitches.

I really like the 2nd guy but the only problem is with his makeup. I am leaning towards the 2nd guy over the first though.

There's no "problem" with his makeup.  It's not elite, but it's not terrible.  What's your college scouting budget?  HS?  What are their current ratings?  You can tell a lot from where they are right now...

I like all of them, but I'd probably pick #2 given the info you've supplied and assuming your budgets are relatively equal.  I like his ST/DUR combo (you'll get a lot of innings), his vR and his pitch quality.

My college and HS budgets are both at 12 mil each.

At those levels, I'd be very interested in knowing their current ratings.  The distance to their projections would help you figure out how far (not if) the projections are off.  The good thing is that you won't be taking a chance on a budget that's 1/3 of the other.  You'll get a good player, but I'm betting there are better guys out there at #2.  If I'm drafting 2nd and my budgets are lower, I'd be more inclined to go for a position player unless they are a complete slam dunk.  Again, I think current ratings can help out here.

Yeah it's kinda hard without the current numbers. If those 21 year olds are 30 points away from their projections they aren't coming anywhere close.

The problem with drafting a position player is the top one is ranked #19 (default rankings) and has 50 makeup. Also, the team that I took over has OK position players, but none of my starters have an ERA below 4.75 even though they are not tired.
