He's done this in the previous two seasons and now you ask?

Warning Track SAC Scarabs 10 $65.3M 46-116 (.284) 4 -
Warning Track SAC Scarabs 11 $53.7M 47-115 (.290) 4 -
Warning Track SAC Scarabs 12 - 3-24 (.111) - -

Well he insists that he isn't cheating:

"I've never left people hanging, or tied up a team with ridiculous contracts. You've been here for a while, and may not remember that I was an original owner in this league with the Norfolk franchise, and wasn't accused of it then, so why would I leave the league, come back, and then become a tanker? You could have come at me directly, instead of trying to drum up sympathy for your cause, but if i'm removed because of it, so be it."

Just needed third party verfication.

By WifS weak standards, he has 13 games to get to .250.    So he has to go 7-6.   Then you report him.  WifS warns him.   If he doesn't do better, they remove him.

But, when an owner posts back to back 46 and 47 win seasons, I'd call it tanking before the season even started.

Me too.  He's a long time owner though so benefit of the doubt was given. Probably ill-advised.

This post has a rating of , which is below the default threshold.

Looks like the poster child for world-enforced win minimums.

Time for that blind chimp to take over!!

Giving owners who appear to be tanking the benefit of the doubt is ill-advised.
How many player would HBD have after your purge, Mike? 12?  15?  Certainly, it seems we've all sinned and fallen short of the glory of your arbitrary judgements

I like to jump Mike's case more than anyone around.....I think he's dead on here though. This place could use a good purging. ;-)

Agreed. Get rid of Miketard. He falls beneath my standards.

Never use "Mike" and "beneath my" in the same sentence. Ever.

I commish two worlds.  Both seem to fill and stay filled despite my "arbitrary judgements" so, at this point, I'd say somewhere in the neighborhood of 64.  At the minimum.

I think this merits being added.    If you tell intelligent people, before they join the world, "You must do this", they figure out a way to do it.   If they can't, they're in the wrong world.   My worlds require this:   You can't lose 1/3 of your games in any given season, you can't average 100 losses in consecutive seasons, you can't average 97 losses in three consecutive seasons and you can't average 92 losses in 4 consecutive seasons.    If you want to be in a competitive world, you can't have owners that bad(intentional or unintentional).

FYI, that team just continued a 20 game losing streak.  I mean that's hard to do  even if you are full out tanking.  Gotta give him props I guess.
