I would hate to think they would implement it any differently than in the sim where the commisioner has control over it.

Very true. Lets just hope they decided that it was easier to just copy the Sim implementation.

I'm only talking about  the comish having control over live play. The rest would take months.

I'd think there are timing issues with HBD Live.   I'm guessing you can only play the next game on your schedule.   You can't have Team A playing game 157 with team B on Game 133.    There are just too many date/time related activities.   Think of a player on Team A already having played 150 of 157 games and then getting traded to Team B(133 games) before the roster expansion date.    This is going to be a mess if you can play more than one game ahead of your schedule.

I've never played LIVE in SLB, so I don't know what that's like.  But I do have an IT background so I know from first-hand experience that sometimes things that seem like they should be a very simple thing to clone to fit into something else don't always fit in as nicely and cleanly as you might expect.  Subtle difference sometimes have very large ramifications.

Or maybe it's just a complete rewrite of what's in SLB.

I've never played a SLB live game.  Is it that you play live against the other team's sim?  Or can both owners play live at the same time?

SLB live lets you play as far as you want in advance. 

Both owners have to be there to play.   No human vs. sim.

I am in as well, I am pretty excited as the manager doing stupid thing consistantly annoys me, hopefully the process goes smoother than some of the HD beta worlds
