Replacing an Owner Topic

So we have an owner that is playing his minor league pitchers at 0% fatigue constantly, as well as playing pitchers at position spots in the lineup.  So he's trotting out 0% fatigue pitchers at 2nd base and such.  No response when questioned on it, and support will not let us replace him (it's a public league) because it's not happening at the ML level.

Am I crazy or is that just a slap in the face?  I know, I know, it's a public league, that's what happens etc... but still, playing pitchers at position spots just seems like a ridiculous thing to get away with.  The response from support says the only way to replace them are:

1. Major League team winning percentage of less than .250 for at least 80 games of the regular season
2. Using a starting pitcher at 50% or below fatigue for 10 or more Major League games in a row
3. First time Hardball Dynasty user not logging in to his franchise's world for at least 6 days prior to the start of Spring Training.

That seems like ridiculously low requirements to have someone replaced.  I don't know why I bring it up here, guess I'm just venting.

As you already know, since it's a public world there's nothing you can do about it.  If you and others feel strongly enough about it, you can lobby WIS to convert the world to a private world and put in whatever private world rules that you and your fellow owners want, including minor league fatigue issues.

What the "problem" owner probably doesn't realize (or maybe just doesn't care about) is that he's only hurting himself by his blatant inattentiveness to his minor leagues.  Unless his minors are totally devoid of ML prospects, one has to assume that whatever prospects he does have in his minors are not going to experience very good development.

Yeah I know, we need to go private and are working on it, but I guess I just lost my temper and needed to vent.  Just weakens the overall quality of the league and wish there was a little more leeway to fix stuff like that in public worlds.  Alas, I will digress and work on the solution instead of the problem.

It he/she goes AWOL for 14 days you can zap them, presuming you have a replacement noted on the ticket.

The squeeky wheel gets the grease! Have other owners bombard them with tickets, one at a time. Eventually they will get tired of listening to yeas and get rid of him.

Maybe a dumb question but how do you set a pitcher to play ss?

You can't.  But if you don't have enough position players, SIMMY will put a pitcher in the lineup in the missing positions.
