Maybe, but I'm not sure why I'd have to explain how it's supposed to work to Customer Support.
What kills me is that this wasn't the first time I'd had a problem with the comp slot. Even though I referenced the previous ticket where they took care of it (although, the first response then was "check help to see how comp picks works") the jerk gave me the old "It must work 'cuz nobody else is complainng" line. If it happened before, and they never fixed it, then it can happen again.
BOTTOM LINE: I would suggest that the next time anyone gets a comp pick that they check to see if it's in the right slot - particularly if someone else has one ahead of them.
BTW, it didn't "hurt" my draft - the guy that was slotted ahead of me grabbed a loser. OTOH, the guy that I took was someone that I bumped up right the draft even though he projected with just barely acceptable control. Unfortunately I didn't notice that I had originally downgraded him because he was a HS prospect where I only had a $10M scouting budget ... As per my $18M advanced scouting budget, he's a dog. I think the pick was just plain cursed.
