What is a good loyalty rating to keep a coach at your club as long as you promote him a level every 2-3 seasons?

I've found the results from the loyalty rating to be wildly inconsistent, so I don't really pay attention to it.  It's basically a 2nd or 3rd tie-breaker for me.

I felt this way for several years... I've started to use it heavily in two different situations.  First, when hiring rookie coaches... my approach to rookie league has been to use it basically for coach development, so I look for guys with very high loyalty if I can get them (of course, they need the other attributes or who cares if they stay).  The hope is that they'll stay long enough to be valuable Hi-A coaches in a few seasons.  Second, I'll sometimes go for an FC that's a little worse than the best I can afford if he has high loyalty, since it's about a $2-3M savings if the FC re-signs.

I only pay attention to loyalty with FIs, because of the massive savings of having one resign rather than having to get one on the open market.  I'll even go for an inexperienced one with fielding ratings in the 50s with a high enough (80+) loyalty rating, as long as the patience and discipline are good enough too, knowing that he'll develop into a good FI for me over time.
