Between Handworth and Martinez, no. Those guys are outstanding. Actually, you've got an awfully good staff over all. James kind of sucks, and your SuB guys are as good as the typical better SuB guys out there, but not too shabby. I'd find a low-cost veteran to plug into the fifth spot and hope James doesn't need to be anything more than injury insurance.

I use a closer most of the time, but not always, but Stafford would be the best candidate among your listed options.

Stafford was my closer last year, he was solid. I just want to maximize IP'd for my top thre RP's

I used James last season as my #5.. He wasnt too bad in Safeco.

My team averages 6 runs per game which is pretty high for Safeco. I may bring this guy up later in the season..

Yeah, you don't want to rush a guy to the majors so he can instantly become your best starting pitcher. Make him repeat AAA a couple times to teach him a lesson in humility.

You might want to consider a long reliever. I think they provide two things: (1) a spot starter for minor njuries that force your starters to miss one or two starts but that do not require a trip to the DL; and (2) another level of control for organizing your bullpen to distribute innings based on leverage and ability, by which I mean that your long reliever will usually get lots of innings, but typically not in high leverage situations, this helps keep your better relief guys rested. I often have a mop up guy in the bullpen for the same reason, though they almost never get as many innings as the long reliever. Martinez could maybe give you four innings as a spot starter, but I like having someone with enough stamina to actually go six or more innings into games, mostly because with your LR being used as a starter your bullpen has fewer arms to eat up innings for those few days.
