defensive replacements is the one that makes the least sense. If you have your top defensive ss #1, and your lesser fielder #2, it brings in 2 to replace 1 as a defensive replacement. It really should be a hierarchy where a move is only made if a player higher on the list is available.
If your #1 Def SS is playing SS, it does not replace him with the #2 Def SS when Def Subs are put in.
If your #1 Def SS is playing SS, and Player Rest kicks in, it will replace him if there is another SS in your list of SS under Player Rest who is not playing and is not set to rest.
