This will happen and here are the rules!!!!(if you're following along at home)

1. Entire BL roster is S5-S8 has to be entirely acquired in seasons 1-4. The only exception will be FA or arb-released players who have gone thru the ENTIRE FA cycle. If you bring one back, send everyone a SM so it can be noted.
2. You cannot trade a player and trade to get him back. You can sign him in FA after at least one full season with another team.
3. We cannot trade amongst ourselves.
4. Winner will be determined by the following(to be adjusted if we end up with a 6th):

Overall record 5-1 in order
Head to Head(40 games) 5-1 in order
Only eligible for one(meaning the most you can get in the post-season is 5):
Playoff appearance 1 point
WS Loss 3 points
WS Win 5 points

The most you can get in any season is 15 points. The least you can get is two.

5. Entry fee of $50. Honor system. 1st-$150(paid by bottom 3). 2nd-keeps his money. If you have to bail before S8 is complete, you're still responsible to pay up.
6. Because I don't want to leave a team in a mess, the S9 payroll, in our game within a game, cannot exceed 95m.

Any violation of a rule in any given season results in 2 points for that season. And mockery for being unable to follow simple instructions.

So is this going to be like Biggest Loser except the goal is to be the Biggest Retard?

It's prettty obvious, to non-'tards, what the goals are.  

Foxx did not qualify this time around.

Yes, getting 5-6 owners for 8 seasons who intend to win is horrible for worlds that need owners.   Much better to keep giving those teams to revolving door owners.

Like I said I might have misunderstood.

The premise might sound bad, and the motivations aren't exactly altruistic, but it's actually an overall good thing for a given POS world.

It's all in the wording.   I intentionally worded it in a way to kick the hornet's nest.   Had I decided to put it differently, owners in crap worlds would be sitemailing me hourly in hopes of getting us.

I'm in.  Question...how do we determine who gets which team?  In other words, one open team may have the 1st overall pick, thus giving a slight advantage to the owner who takes that team.

Knowing Mike, team distribution will be determined by a Turkish bathhouse sword fight.

We might be full(but could expand depending on the number of openings).

Nonetheless, I haven't thought much about team distribution.  You have 4 seasons to build a team.   Having the first pick probably means your BL roster sucks balls.  That probably means you have very little trade.   I think having a few BL pieces to trade trumps first pick.    Personally, once we find a world that meets our requirements, I was going to take the first open team on the list.   I'm not going to spend time studying which one gives me the best options.
