A minor thing, but should be simple to implement.

When dealing with minor league rosters, in addition to having separate transaction types for moving a player from Active to Inactive, or from Inactive to Active, have a transaction that simply toggles between the two.  So if a player is active, he goes inactive, and vice-versa.

On that note, also allow unassigned players to be set inactive in the same move as assigning them to a minor league roster, rather than having to deactivate someone else, assign the guy, then switch back. Mostly comes in play with veteran bigleaguers who get DFA'd down to AAA or early in the season when trying to add a handful of extra inactive tryout camp or minor league free agent players to rosters.

This would defenitely be a nice addition. It is a pain sometimes moving fatigued players back and forth.
