Does anyone know what FT% = the different grades? Thought that might help me make recruiting decisions. It's hard to compare percentages of recruits to the letter grades that are already on current teams. Thanks

guys can obviously shoot better or worse than their rating so I don't know that I'd suggest basing too much of a decision off of this if their cores are what you want.  It's a nice luxury and can certainly be a good tiebreaker among similar players though.  I've never paid that close of attention to actually have exact info, but I generally expect a guy in the 68-71 range to show up around a C+, 71-74 B-, 74-77 B, 77-80 B+, 80-83 A-, 83+ A and conversely a 65-68 C, 62-65 C-, 59-62 D+, 56-59 D, 53-56 D-, less than 53 F

Thanks guys. Exactly what I was looking for! I also have one more question. How much can i expect a player to improve in FTs. Say I get a guy with a C+ FT grade what can he improve to with average potential? What about high potential for the same guy? And is there a "sky is the limit" kind of high for FTs like other categories where you can get a guy with C+ and have him improve to an A by SR year?

well, in evals, there is only 1 "high" response for FT shooting, so you would never be able to tell the difference between a low/high and high/high type of FT shooting. i think the conventional wisdom (ive never looked at it myself) is that high potential is like 1 letter grade plus. i believe there is a significant range on high, so you can see the c+ to a you are talking about, but again ive never looked at it specifically myself. maybe someone else has?

Biggest improvement for me was from D to B-

i had a c (67.4%) improve to an A+ (career 83.7% ft shooter).

Low is 0-3%, average is 3-8%, and high is 8+.
