Some notes on the rankings. 

For people with fewer than 4 tournaments, a person's history gets factored into the rankings, which is why buddhagamer is only ranked 8th despite two better-than-8th-place finishes.  His .554 winning % and 12 titles is good, but there are many owners with better numbers.  This surpresses his ranking a bit.  As he adds 1-2 more tournaments (with similar success), his ranking will get into the top 5.

More weight is given to the more recent tournament finishes which is why rbow923 dropped to 18th.

For players with zero tournaments, all I have is their history.  Contracted's .598 winning% places him among the elite.  His lack of tournaments is the only reason he isn't ranked higher.

bbondsmvp would've been ranked higher but his 89th place finish in 2004 is his only tournament finish, so the fact that it occurred 9 years ago doesn't really dampen it's weight.
