Two points/questions (and I know if we don't address them now, they will come up at the least opportune time):

1.) B-R.com very publicly last year stated they no longer consider the 1901-02 Baltimore club to be part of the modern Yankees franchise.  Are we following suit?
2.) I've seen this come up in at least 2 franchise leagues in the past year...so just to confirm, the modern day Indians franchise does NOT include the 19th century Cleveland Spiders (I think there is a wikipedia article that lent some confusion to this).

EDIT/UPDATE - I guess the latter point is moot since the theme rules for this league exclude 19th c. teams anyway...

I excluded the 1901-02 Baltimore Orioles as part of the NY Yankees franchise.
